EXPERIENCING THE "DIVE IN" THEATER

(Just added: WOW! Someone actually added a comment. Click on it to see who.)

Last Friday we drove over the Erik & Kristin's and had a delight afternoon, a lovely dinner and then a movie.  Here's a short review.

Inspired by the true story that captured the hearts of people across the world, the rescue adventure Big Miracle tells the amazing tale of a small town news reporter (John Krasinski) and a Greenpeace volunteer (Drew Barrymore) who are joined by rival world superpowers to save a family of majestic gray whales trapped by rapidly forming ice in the Arctic Circle.

I would highly recommend it. Great message, good acting, interesting story, etc.

The kids giving some strange signal????  Note Lindsey's new glasses!

Erik has the screen up and is now working on the movie setup.

Kristin grilling our dinner.

Home made from scratch pizzas. Yummy.

Almost ready. He has it down to a science.  Only takes a few minutes.

The next morning we visited out on the patio.

When I got home I thought I'd better send a picture of the birdies before they fly the coop.  It's getting close to that time.

There are four in there.
I'ts getting a bit messy.

  1. What fun! Nice setting, too. Rolfe does something like that. I always thought it would be fun to swim in a pool and watch the movie, "Jaws". YIKES!!

Birds might be the only creatures that aren't cuter when they're babies than when they're full grown...

    Much love!
