THE CAMPING SAGA CONTINUES . .

And so Rhiannon continues:
"We came home and realized if we were to do that again we would need a trailer or something to haul all the stuff. I told that to my mom and she talked to her friend who happened to have recently purchased a new travel trailer and were going to sell their old one. We went to Duncan to check it out and we loved it. We bought it the next day for $600. It is a 1972 Kayout travel trailer that has a queen, full and twin bed so there is enough room for everyone.
There is also a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower. The prior owners just dry camped with it but we would like to use the toilet etc. so Eddy is working on getting that all up and running. He did get the electrical working so we have lights. I am making new curtains and cushion covers and having a ton of fun decorating it. We did take it out camping at the end of our spring break and it was so much easier!!! It took only 1/2 an hour to pack up instead of three hours. When we finish renovating it we
will send more pics.

The happy campers.

  1. What a great camper for a great family. I am sure they will get a lot of fun camping outings with it and will have a love of fun memories as well.
