After the services we all went to Carltons and since it was Cinco de Mayo, they prepared a WONDERFUL Mexican feast with red and green enchilades, tostadas, taquitos, Mexican style corn on the cob, rice, beans, Mexican cole slaw, and probably a couple of other things I might have forgotten. For dessert we had Tres Leche cake. Yummy!
