JANE'S MORNING WALK

I have been pretty faithful about doing my morning walk six days a week. I'm up to 2.5 miles and around 7,800 steps for the walk. My back feels its very best when I am walking and hopefully it will bring the results I desire. Besides, I am bound and determinded to not gain any weight back that I have lost! I love my morning walk. So many interesting things to see and besides that, I listen to audio books and I can go through a lot of books thanks to Kristin and Erik for including me on their Audible book account. The other day I had an idea for my blog to share some of the things I see on it. Here goes.

I've watched this house being built from when they first dug the basement and foundation.

It went up pretty fast. Every day there were big changes.

This was what gave me the idea to chronicle my walk. I thought it this was so cute. This was the second day so it had faded quite a bit.

 Very pretty Easter Egg.

  Done by Megan and noll?

 Look at those colors.

 Spring green.

 No two houses are alike.

 BIG tree.

Kind of a spralling ranch type.

 Smaller home.

 Walk out basement home.

This is where Suzanne and I go to take our card making class.

 Weird tree.

Spring time means pruning time. I see lots of pruned branches ready to go to the land fill.

My favorite house. My shot doesn't do it justice.

 Another pretty tree.

Coming up to a bridge over Hobble Creek.

It is such a pretty little creek.

Crossing the street to the other side.

Looking over that side of the bridge.

I pass a few little  (sort of) "farms".

I love this row of pine trees.

Coming to the High School which is near the end of my walk.

Springville High School.

Home of the Mighty Red Devils!

Here's the Lewis' house. Isn't it lovely?

They live right next door to the church.

 See that open gate/walkway?

It's a cut-through to church. I just walk in front of the house and turn right into this little walkway and voila! I'm at church.

Here's where I park my car.
(If you go up this street to the corner and turn left, pass two houses you will be at Dennis and Suzanne's home.)

Inside the garage is the entrance to my little apartment! There you have it.

  1. What a lovely walk you take. I am glad you're feeling a bit better and can get out and enjoy the spring. Love the creek too!

  2. I could imagine where you were for most of this. But a good reminder to me of what a lovely neighborhood this is.
