KENNY'S HEALTH CHART PLUS MORE!

Continuing on with my health cards on the first 5  kids, (following Rose Kennedy's suggestion) 

Here's Ken's.

It's a little hard to read so here's what it says.

Kenneth Price Agle

Roseola - 3 weeks

Flu - 4 weeks

Chicken pox 6 weeks  (Those were really busy times for a brand new mom and the other kids sick as well!)

Completed DPT, Sabine and year booster - 1965-June

Tuberculin test

Typhoid

Cyst removed from left cheek 2 1/2 (This was shortly before we moved to Hawaii. We had a plastic surgeon do the operation so his scar would be minimized. Frankly, I didn't think he did a very good job!)

Fell off bike. Broke bridge of upper teeth 5/5/71. Wore a mouth piece a saved teeth. - (they were hanging down, but the mouth piece did it's job). Badly scraped up.

9/20/65 -weight 27 height 32 1/2.

Cut head open in biking accident on Leigh Hill. (I listed only the major ones, not the many minor ones!) 3 cuts - 7 stitches - badly scratched up 7/77

MMR 8/30/78 Southwest Clinic - Health Dept. (I have no idea what an MMR is!

 I think this must have been one of his first bikes.
