RUTH, THE LAND BARON

It finally happened.  Ruth got that property behind her house.  It has a house that has been abandoned for at least two years, and is in very bad condition.  Good only for tear down.  It's full of mostly junk, but there are a few treasures in it.

We wore masks and gloves when we went in.  They were needed.

The house cost a little more than $1, (that she thought it was going to be) because of legal fees, but the property is certainly worth it.  She plans to have it emptied (required) and then the fire department will burn it down, but she'll have to wait awhile to make that all happen.

Here she is, ready to venture forth!
She approaches the door, pounding on it to scare any "critters" that
may be in there. (There didn't seem to be any)
A bad leak in the roof caused it to collaspe.

A treasure find.  A "real" McCoy vase.
Leaving.  Ahhhhh, fresh air.
