We took a vacation to
Phoenix so the boys could go to a Diamondbacks game that also had Bobblehead
giveaway for the first 20,000 fans. Eddy took Quinton, Declan and McCoy to the
game I stayed at the hotel with Archy and Zayne.
They packed a different snack
for every inning and they scored some freebies: Diamondbacks hat and sunglasses. They
had a lot of fun and the Diamondbacks beat the Cubs. We found a nice hotel in
Scottsdale and all the rooms were suites so we had a livingroom, kitchen and one
bedroom and they served a really good cook to order breakfast for free and had
an evening reception with free drinks and popcorn. The kids really liked
the hotel and we saved a bundle on food.
We also went and saw the Disney movie
Brave at a really big theatre. We did some shopping and ate at Cafe Rio
in Gilbert. I got to go to Hobby Lobby (big craft and fabric
store).
Sounds like fun.
