MARK SANDERS NEW "DIGS"

While we were in Utah we got to spend a little time with our grandson Mark and he took us to see his new apartment.  His friend bought the house and will live upstairs with another roommate and Mark will have the downstairs to himself.  It has his own garage and entrance, a bathroom, a living room and a alcove bedroom off of the living room.  He plans to move in this coming weekend.  By then they should be finished with all the painting and projects.

The garage that is open is the one he will use and it has a door

directly into his downstairs apartment.

This is the fireplace that they retiled  Nice job.

This is the bedroom alcove.  He has a king size bed ready to set up

and a couple of nice pictures to put on the wall.

They did a lot of work in the bathroom also, but I didn't get any pictures of it.

They retiled the shower and painted the cabinets.  It looks very nice.

Here's what he envisions.  There will be a big screen TV on the wall above the fireplace.

He has already purchased a sectional sofa that is waiting to be placed in the living room

when they finish painting,  He has new rugs and towels for the bathroom,

and new sheets and bedspread for the bed.  All very nicely coordinated.

Upstairs and out on the deck there is a huge backyard.  That will be nice for

the open house BBQ party they are planning in a couple of weeks.
