A few years ago Erik formed a company, Advance Utility Design with his partner, John Voris. They grew rapidly eventually adding 22 employees. Things were good for quite awhile until the recession hit. Anything affecting construction eventually effects them. Gradually they had to let their employees go until it was down to Erik and John and working out of their homes, but they hung on. Slowly, things have been getting better and Erik and John are now back in offices in Orange County and Riverside County. They are up to 4 employees and things are finally looking like they will be kept very busy. Here's a picture of them at a luncheon together.
