THROWBACK THURSDAY

What a day for "Throwback Thursday" to fall on.  

We made it! Sixty years ago, August 8, 1953 in Mesa, Arizona we took the leap. They said we were too young, and we were (20 & 16), but we felt ready to conquer the world, and besides, we thought Dennis was going to be sent to Korea. Never happened. 

Taken by a street photographer in downtown Phoenix about a month before we were married.
